The Vicot solar boiler is driven by solar thermal energy and uses fuel oil and natural gas as standby energy. It outputs thermal energy in the form of high temperature heat transfer oil or steam at different specification. The thermal energy is produced by a medium and high temperature parabolic trough collector which comes with high temperature heat transfer media and intelligent fuzzy control system.
The Vicot solar boiler uses a high temperature circulation pump to circulate the heat transfer oil in closed circuit, which has the advantage of wide temperature regulation range (80℃-320℃), low pressure (0.3-0.5MPa) and precise control of supplied heat temperature. The Vicot solar boiler can have a maximum heat efficiency of 99%. It is environmentally friendly and energy saving.

Vicot Steam Type Solar Boiler
Vicot steam generator uses a highly efficient serpentine tubes bundle as a heating device and gets the heat source from high temperature heat transfer oil. When the high temperature heat transfer oil flows into the tubes bundle and releases the heat, the water inside of the steam generator is heated to produce saturated steam, and the cooled heat transfer oil will be returned to the solar collector to be heated up. The steam supply will be realized with such a cycle.
